What happens when my free trial ends?

Your workspace pauses and nothing is deleted. Employees, files, boards and history are all kept, and the moment you pick a plan everything is restored exactly as you left it.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, and the new features and limits unlock the moment payment completes. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period, and your data always survives a plan change.

What counts toward my storage limit?

Only media files: work-session videos, generated contract PDFs, screenshots and images. Your records, like employees, attendance history, boards and payroll data, never count against storage.

How does payment work?

Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, a secure hosted payment provider. Pay monthly or yearly (yearly gets you 2 months free), and cancel anytime while keeping access until the end of the period you paid for.

Can my employees use Shiftena too?
